I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn Milwaukee Northwest. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to the needs of our group. The rooms were clean and tastefully furnished and decorated, the fitness center well maintained with a good variety of exercise equipment and I thoroughly enjoyed the spa. The warm waters of the whirlpool were most relaxing after taking a dip in the pool. The temperatures were just right. Also, the breakfast I had was both nutritious and delicious, with a variety of options available. The location is great too, right across from Silk Platinum. Definitely worth a visit, I’ll be back here again.

I personally never have had a problem when checking in,during my stay or checking out! This has become my favorite location when planning some time away with family and as a couple to relax. The front desk clerks are amazing,very professional and friendly you can't go wrong staying here they keep it clean and smelling good,great breakfast,clean pool area,lobby area very welcoming. If you have a issue they jump right on it to try and fix it if they can.Keep up the good work y'all and as a Hilton member I am always above satisfied with the hotel and their staff. 😁

Had no idea about the $250 deposit when I booked my room. The front desk clerk told me it would be immediately refunded at check-out, just for me to find out it takes up to 7 days to refund. Now I have $10 in my bank account until then.
The rooms were tiny and didn’t look like the pictures when I was booking online. Also the sliding barn door for the bathroom? Not even a way to lock the bathroom door.
Our room was dirty, especially the bathroom and bathtub. It also smelled like weed.
I had to call the front desk around midnight because of some very rowdy neighbors screaming and playing music, but they continued to be loud throughout the entire night up until we checked out the next morning. Their music was so loud it was making our walls vibrate.
One of the worst hotels i’ve ever had to stay at.
EDIT: as you can tell by their response, they really couldn’t have cared less about guest comfort lol.
Y’all could have definitely kicked that noisy group out, as I said before the literal walls were shaking as was the door in between our rooms… FOR OVER 12 HOURS 😭 At the very least you could have offered us a different room further away.
Definitely never staying at a Hampton again.

My partner and I stayed here Saturday night and found a roach in the bathroom. When we reported it to the front desk, the only solution offered was switching rooms. It was already midnight and we were settled, so this wasn’t a convenient option. No partial refund or other accommodation was offered. Cleanliness and customer service were both lacking.

Within 12 hours of checking in I was moved twice due to smells. First room I was assigned straight up smelt of weed. I got switched to another room. I woke up at 5 am to my room smelling like an ashtray. For a place that says "no smoking" there is a lot of smoking happening. I requested additional points for my inconvenience and haven't heard back from the hotel nor do I see points on my account. This location is a disgrace to the Hilton brand.
