  Everything was perfect! neat, clean, quiet , good customer service, and was impressed the daily breakfast was changed every day My only suggestion would be to add more dresser drawers not enough storage space for two adults with moderate amount of clothing Would definitely recommend to others to stay here

  Manitowoc’s hoteliers have been asleep at the wheel for decades with dated rooms and poor service. It’s so nice to finally have a modern property in town. We had to flee our home at 2am due to a carbon monoxide alarm and the staff got us settled in a room quickly. Everything is perfect as expected at a Hilton property. Good breakfast and smartly designed rooms. The self-pour beer and wine is really nice.

  This hotel just opened in the beginning of December 2025. It's a very nice Hampton Inn. The staff is still new and in training, but they were very nice, and took care of everything I needed. The room was spacious enough for my taste. Plenty of outlets for charging stuff or whatever. Good lighting in the room and the batthroom. The shower was the type I have at home, where The big handle turns the water on and the little handle controls the temperature. The room has plenty of coat hooks!!! That's something that most hotels don't have. There is a little bit of vehicle noise if you're on the highway side, but it wasn't enough to bother me. There's a movie theater right across the parking lot, about a 30 second walk. In the eating area downstairs, there's a couple taps with beer and wine, you just buy a card at the front desk and pour it yourself. For breakfast they had scrambled eggs and cut up sausages and potatoes for hot stuff. Everything was pretty good. Really, for a new hotel, they did pretty good. Everything in the room worked. There's a fridge and a microwave. The microwave has a weird locking mechanism, so if the door is hard to pull, push up on the button on the handle. The only thing that I found not working was the guest laundry. I got one of the machines to work, the other one doesn't count your money when you put it in. But the one that works shakes so bad I left the guest laundry room while it was doing the spin cycle just in case it blew apart. I got my laundry done, thought, so no big deal.
