- AUAshley UngsDec 21, 20255.0This is a nice, updated hotel. The rooms and bedding were very clean. The breakfast area was decorated nice for Christmas time. The hotel has a salt water pool. I text the front desk using the Hilton Honors app and asked if they had any tooth paste as we forgot ours. The guest service agent came up to our room to deliver some! Would stay here again!

Staff that checked us in would very helpful as we got two additional rooms. 3:30am heating unit started buzzing very loud so got about 4 hours of sleep. Friends next to my room same problem. Told staff at desk in the morning and played the video I tapped to show them. Reply was oh are you checking out and if so will have someone fix it. One friend booked the rooms as Hilton Honor member but not much of a deal and not good service or a I am sorry. Maybe should give my friend extra points to make up for a bad night of sleep. Will not let me add video of the horrible noise at 3:30am for a hour! Location only think good as by the Christmas display and breakfast was fine.

It has a great location, nice rooms, ample parking, but most importantly, "Liz". She was at the counter when we checked in and helped give us local information during our short visit to Lacrosse. She was especially helpful giving us advice for our Thanksgiving day layover and meal options during this road trip. If I owned a business, I would definitely want Liz to be the face of that business. Thanks again, Liz! If we ever pass through Lacrosse again, we will be certainly staying at this Hampton Inn.
