We had to stay the night because my husband had back surgery and they have been very gracious and accommodating during our short stay the day after surgery. - AEAndy EarleDec 14, 20255.0I was in town for my father's birthday and needed a place to stay. Due to the weather, I had to arrive a day early and they were very accommodating, no pun intended... That said, when I got into my room, I was pleasantly surprised due to the value for price. It was a nicely appointed room and quiet too! The bed was comfy and the pillows were fluffy enough. The next morning, I came down to the breakfast area and found it to be quite spacious. The breakfast was the standard fare - some kind of eggs, a meat choice, and fried potatoes. They also had the waffle makers, cereal, and various breads. Now, I'm not staying because of the food, but it is a sell when they offer it, as it saves money. The food was good though! A day or so later, it was cold as all get out, so when I returned to the hotel to find a hot cocoa bar. That was 100% unexpected! The fact that they had it was amazing and I went down for a 2nd cup later on. If I had any criticism, it would be the small dips in the floor of my room. They were not a deciding factor for anything, but they were definitely there. When I return to Wisconsin, and I will, this hotel will definitely be a contender. The location was good and the price was definitely great!

Its simply the best mod-range (under $300) hotel ive stayed at in the last 30 years. Rooms are impeccable. Staff is beyond excellent; thoughtful, genuine, and truly interested in your stay. I had one issue in the many stays ive had here, and it was attended to immediately and with smiles and smooth.

- HHHaydenOct 31, 20253.0Traveling for work. Second time to stay here. When I was checking out the first time some homeless lady tried to act like she worked her to get my key cards. The lady working the desk just laughed about it. They didn’t seem to care much. Second time staying here some wild person is banging around upstairs. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel ever again.
