I had the displeasure of staying at this hotel recently. I felt compelled to warn travelers of safety issues, especially for women, and the lack of amenities that are typically standard at Hampton Inns.
Safety Issues - I emailed the general manager per the front desk's direction and never received a response. If you are a woman traveling, do not stay here. There was an incident with a male employee at this hotel who made me feel unsafe to the point where I could not sleep. The front desk team member offered no support. I thought it was a one-off incident with another traveler, but the following weekend, I saw him again behind the front desk. When I described him to the team member up front, she pretended not to know who I was referring to, even though he works there.
Amenities - They have one washer and dryer and no ice machine. If you want a mini fridge and microwave, you have to pay an "upgrade" fee.

The night manager was so rude. From the time he came out the back room he seemed irritated. I put my phone on speaker to free my hands to grab my cards because he was looking for room availability. He told me he had room availability; I then asked him if he had a double bed. As I asked him that he said "I am going to need you to hang your phone up to give me the respect I deserved and then reworded it into "give me the respect I am given you." By then I was like you know what this isn't worth my time. I hung my phone up to start recording him in his fit but as soon as I did that he turned into a victim saying he was going to call the cops on me. I kept asking for a manager or even a complaint form and he denied both to me..... Very poor Customer Service.....
