- JVJohn VanNov 17, 20252.0One thing you must know: there is a design flaw at this hotel. The toilets are located about 6 inches off of the ground. I've never seen this at any other hotel anywhere. When you sit down, your knees are at your chin. It is very awkward and uncomfortable. If you stay two (2) nights, your room will not be cleaned. You only get one cleaning if you stay 3 nights. There are lots of posted "noise" warnings so there must have been quite a problem in the past, and you must put down a deposit for any damage you do to the room. They make it feel like Led Zeppelin used to stay here, stayed up all night smashing guitars, and trashed the place. The breakfast is very good.

My son booked my room as he is a diamond member and he was trying to save me some time n money on booking my own. I arrived from a 5 1/2hr drive at 9:30pm on Halloween night. I was exhausted n sore as I also worked 8 hrs that day. The receptionist told me about the $150 cleaning fee n I laughed it off as a few young adults dressed in costumes walked by n told her i wasn't here to party like them. We both laughed n she said there was a few there. I went up to my room then right to the hot tub to relax a bit 20 min max went up showered n went to bed. Woke up by 7:30 showered again n got dressed went down got a snack for breakfast n packed my car to leave. Checked out no later than 9:30am. Got my business done with my father n on the road again home. I get a call from my son saying they charged him $150 cleaning fee! I call them and talked to a Sam that was head of operations n she said I must've been partying in my room it smelled like Marijuana! I honestly at 1st thought she was joking! Then realized she was not! Im humiliated by now she even thinks i would be there smoking that crap! Im definitely no druggie! I don't know what kind of games they are trying to pull over there! But this will not fly with me! I will be contacting general manager! tomorrow to try to get this resolved! And if this is how they are treating their customers my family n I will be staying at the huge holiday Inn next door the next coming visits.
