- SMShanna McLainDec 27, 20253.0Overall had a comfortable stay and great staff/service. Location is convenient. A few things came up: - The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Had stale biscuits, cold gravy, and the eggs were watery. - Our room was comfortable but really needed some updates. The furniture looked worn and dirty, and the shower design really needs a re-work. The tub is a roll in shower but the drainage is either not big enough or they need to install something in the actual floor. The entire floor flooded and started leaking out into the entryway of the room. We had to grab a whole bunch of extra towels from the concierge to clean up the mess. Would like to give this location another chance in the future.

I think it's deceptive to not tell people when you empty the only amenity you are looking for. Why would I pay the extra price to stay here if I am deceived by the offerings. I am a member and I am extremely disappointed. Looks like I will have to stay somewhere else for my future stays in town.

Kyle diligently worked to keep the evening peaceful and quiet even though there were middle school hockey teams at the hotel. At 6 am, I urgently needed copies of docs for a work meeting. Despite being very busy with the teams having breakfast, Kyle went above and beyond to troubleshoot with me and get my documents in excellent order. Thank you, Kyle!
- JVJohn VanNov 17, 20252.0One thing you must know: there is a design flaw at this hotel. The toilets are located about 6 inches off of the ground. I've never seen this at any other hotel anywhere. When you sit down, your knees are at your chin. It is very awkward and uncomfortable. If you stay two (2) nights, your room will not be cleaned. You only get one cleaning if you stay 3 nights. There are lots of posted "noise" warnings so there must have been quite a problem in the past, and you must put down a deposit for any damage you do to the room. They make it feel like Led Zeppelin used to stay here, stayed up all night smashing guitars, and trashed the place. The breakfast is very good.
