Certain suites have nearly 1,200 sq. ft. of space, a whirlpool tub and conference table for eight.

They "system" locked me out of my room 1 hour prior to checkout as they forgot to change the clocks. It took me 20 mins to get back into my room and no one knew how to actually fix the problem. I had to wait for a maintenance man to let me into my room with a master key, while holding two hot coffees. Screwing up daylight savings time when your lock automatically lock guests out of their rooms at checkout time is a huge blunder and a sign of mismanagement. Very disappointed.

The rooms were incredibly clean, the staff was phenomenal in both instances and the breakfast was also outstanding. The only weird thing is that the fitness area is through the pool but they had plenty of equipment and there were four people using the room at the same time without any problems. Other than the large number of kids who were largely unattended by their parents, I have no complaints about the stay, property or amenities. I've had two fantastic experiences!
