Pictures of hotel looked super nice, Got there in the lobby was gorgeous, but half of the lobby was rented out for a business party, Leaving half the guests, unable to use it. As we got to our room Which is a King bed and a pullout couch we realized the pullout couch had absolutely no padding and you could feel the springs and bars in your back. Calling the front desk, they weren’t the best with their service and only could offer pillows. Overall, would not recommend us in the only Good thing here is the lobby decor.

It was the best hotel stay I've had in ages. Staff was very friendly and accommodating; free breakfast was over the top with made-to-order omelets and a great variety of sweet and cinnamon rolls and fruit!

I am giving it 4 stars for rooms because I am sure there are luxury hotels that have gold leaf trim. However, you cannot go wrong here. It is very clean, the staff is very friendly and wanting to help.

Past experience here was good. Recent one was not. Was here over the daylight savings time clock change. They "system" locked me out of my room 1 hour prior to checkout as they forgot to change the clocks. It took me 20 mins to get back into my room and no one knew how to actually fix the problem. I had to wait for a maintenance man to let me into my room with a master key, while holding two hot coffees. Screwing up daylight savings time when your lock automatically lock guests out of their rooms at checkout time is a huge blunder and a sign of mismanagement. Very disappointed.
