Love it for being with my scrapbooking friends, but the hotel is old and outdated. They let children run through the halls and slamming doors, where are their parents???

This hotel charged us twice when simply trying to make a reservation over the phone (called the front desk). We did not authorize the charge nor did we agree to any non-refundable terms. They also canceled the reservation on their own. We were charged twice for one hotel room reservation, never authorizing the charge, and then decided on their own to cancel the reservation. I'll make sure to not only avoid this hotel but any Hilton brand moving foward.

Pleasant hotel with clean rooms. The water in the hotel does not get hot enough (it seems to be set wrong), so be prepared for lukewarm showers and hottub, which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. Breakfast is available for $15 per person. The hotel is located in a shopping paradise with every sort of store and multitudes of restaurants. I'd recommend this hotel!

Front desk was super nice. Gave us warm cookies.( I’ve never gotten that before.) I paid $89 for the night and they served me breakfast in the morning down in the lobby. I’ve been staying in and out of hotels for the last 3 1/2 years and I’ve never had a chef at a hotel before. At least not for $89 a night. This is not even bringing up the nice looking hotel bar.
