We are located at the entrance to Gateway Business Park, home to several business such as Frito-Lay, Hormel Foods, STAPLES and more. When I was checking in late in the evening, front desk staff member issued me room on 1st floor which I refused to accept (that is not what I requested). She stated "it's this room or nothing". " I am not leaving my desk to move pillows to another room" (i have allergies and I need to have foam pillows). It was aweful experience and I have NEVER experienced this type of behavior by front desk staff. It was her way or highway. Zero customer accommodation per customer request. I spoke with property manager and he was extremely nice and apologetic.
