Planning a corporate event? If so, this is the place in Appleton to book. Hats of to the event team, they helped us think of everything. We had a group of 25 and were very impressed with the rooms, food and conference space. Specifically, no one had a single complaint about the rooms. They were clean and modern. The catered food for our event was amazing, we had the Mexican option and it was outstanding. This is a very large space that has everything you need, on-site dining, a bar, pool and fitness. The hotel is also located right in the heart of town and many venues are withing walking distance. Highly recommend.

The location is great if you need to be downtown. Aside from that, I have several complaints. I have given this hotel three tries, and that’s on me. The rooms are freezing no matter what you do. I do not believe the thermostat works. The towels consistently have mold on them. During my last stay, there were some weird stains on my pillowcases. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned - curly hair on the shower wall and a full garbage can with someone else’s nasty trash, and no toilet paper! After I got home I found that one of their employees looked me up on a social media platform. Feels super weird. Lastly, they accidentally double charged me but didn’t tell me about that error so I had to investigate it on my own. There is no way I’ll be back. Too bad. Great location but there is nothing upscale about this experience.

We stayed one night and I really love this hotel. Its beautiful, clean, and has great options for restaurants attached. It also has a cool pool. The room was clean and they have a lot of space. The front desk was great but why I'm giving 3 stars for service is the cleaning person knocked on our door 3 times, starting at 830 am waking us up. Again an hour later, and again at 1045. Very annoying. Check out isnt until 11 and I understand having to clean each room etc but I do not want to be woken up on my time off. The location was great, right in downtown near a lot of bars and restaurants, all within walking distance.

We stayed two nights this last weekend to attend the Green Bay game. Our first night was horrible. We drove 5 hrs from IN and were exhausted only to walk into a freezing cold room. We turned the heat up to 76 degrees and fell asleep. Just to wake up in the middle of the night still freezing. We turned the furnace off and then turned it back on up to 80 and still nothing but cold air. At 7 am we went downstairs to talk to the front desk. The gentleman that helped us was so unfazed and rude about the situation. He just said someone will look at it and dismissed me. I was shocked! We spend $350 for the first night to be treated like we did something wrong. When we got back from the game it was fixed. Other than that the room was clean and the breakfast buffet was good. Expensive but the food was worth it. We will never stay in this hotel again, which is sad because all in all it was a nice, clean hotel.

Our family stayed over a weekend for an event near the Fox Valley Expo Center and this is the only reason I would stay here again is because of the convenience of the location. During our stay, there was a power outage thar caused the air conditioning to fail. Staff did not communicate this. Came back from the event to find out our room was hot as ever even though it was set to 68 degrees. When lowering it to 60 degrees, still no change. I called the front desk once, and the gal said there was no Engineer and he was "busy" tonight and no estimated response time. I called the front desk again two hours later to get a status update and spoke with a man who was unable to provide me a status. 30 minutes later, the Engineer arrived and explained that the power outage caused the issue and said the room was pretty hot. He was able to fix the issue but the room did not cool down until a few hours later. In summary, this hotel is not up to the Hilton's standards. Tight bathroom, no stock of toilet paper (had to call front desk for a roll), poor customer service, and not the most comfortable and welcoming stay. The hotel could be so much better.
