Good room. Decent location. Great Service. Rooms were clean. Noise level was what was expected and maybe a little quieter. Service at the desk was outstanding. Friendly and informative. Could have gotten the 5th star if I didn't have to pay for parking. Will definitely stay here again next year.

Very spacious rooms - I travel with lots of luggage and found enough space to set everything down and lay it all out. My room was always cleaned on time. Very convenient location

Hotel is clean and service great but we will not stay here again due to the extremely loud and obnoxious cruising along Yakima Ave. It has been going on for hours both Friday and Saturday night. We can't hear each other talk or the tv. Our windows are closed and the sound is awful. It's a good way to keep tourists, visitors and residents out of the downtown core.

Traveling as a Diamond Member with a service dog. Once parked, I always immediately look for the pet relief area. Stop first, and then proceed to final check in. Nothing in site, nothing on property iteself at all. First approached by a young teen or preteen on bike asking me if I knew where a bus station was. Huh? He’s on a bike. Then when we say we no idea as we are checking in he is asking for money. I quickly said we only carry credit card. Upon walking up to entrance, the smell of dog urine on the huge flower pots was like pure ammonia. No thank you for being a Diamond, no waters, no nothing. I get tired of asking if I get a couple of waters for Diamond member. Has something changed I am unaware of. The main lobby and bar is definitely modern and updated. However you get to the room and it’s the direct opposite. One plug in available for phone charger. No USB ports anywhere. The old Amana thermostat was working intermittently and it was 102 at 4 pm that day. I got my two waters at $3 each in the room. Woke up in morning with bites on my ankles. All I can say is this is the worst Hilton Garden in I have ever been to, and the very day I checked out I checked into another Hilton Garden Inn in Eagle/Boise and was probably one of the best I have ever been too. Crazy from worst to best in two nights. I didn’t check out pool area. Was charged $15 to park in the lot, not the garage, had to walk my dog down the street to find a small strip of grass for her to relieve herself. Thankfully she is trained to hold herself longer than humans. Very disappointed. Would not recommend for single women, elderly, those with young children, service animals or pets. Felt unsafe, and worried about my vehicle all night. Oh and you have to park in lot to check in for room key, then you can park in garage, with your room key. If you drive into parking and don’t have your key, you will have to reverse back onto Yakima ave. If you have never been, you might keep that in mind. If all Hilton properties were like this I would definitely stick with my Marriott Envoy more.
