It was in an easy-to-find location just off the freeway, but I didn’t notice any street noise in our rooms. Their accessibility options were excellent, including a visual doorbell for Deaf/HOH guests. The breakfast options were delicious and always well-stocked.

The rooms were nice, pretty good Hampton standard rooms. The hotel has a nice looking pool and good workout room. The breakfast, as always, was good. They've started putting out QR codes to tip the housekeeping and breakfast staff, though the housekeeping didn't work. There in a line of 5 wine bars just across the parking lot, but not a lot else nearby and no good close walking areas. A nice, standard Hampton. We have stayed at dozens of Hamptons over the years. Always a good choice.

I was told by the General Manager, Diana, that it wasn’t possible because the hotel was fully booked on 10/5 and 10/7. Yet when I tried booking 10 additional days instead of 5, suddenly the reservation was accepted. This is unfair, misleading, and shows that Hampton Inn & Suites Woodinville WA prioritizes profit over loyal customers. As a Hilton Gold member, I expected better treatment, but instead I had to find another hotel. I’ll never use this hotel again, and I am now seriously considering moving my loyalty to another hotel chain.
