Toilet didn’t flush from check-in and took two days and three maintenance visits to fix. Couldn’t be moved to another room. The hotel feels dated and not very clean — sticky counters, stained chair, and dusty bathroom. We had to request maid service after the second day. One afternoon, an employee entered our room without knocking while my husband was in his boxers, and there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign provided. Staff did leave a handwritten apology, water, and popcorn, which we appreciated, and breakfast was hot and fresh. Still, for $208/night, this stay was far too stressful and not worth the value.

WE are having the WORST experience here with management not being responsive at all to our issues. Guests above us woke us at 4AM and we checked to see if we could move to another room as these guests will be here for our entire stay. They told us no and that they need time to solve the problem and that we have to call them right when it is happening for them to do anything. So......we have to experience another crappy night of crappy sleep before they will do anything. We will NEVER stay here again and wish we could check out now, but they said we would have to pay for the length of our stay. All we needed was for them to move us or say they would asked the guests to try and be quieter in the early AM, but they wouldn't do any of that. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IN WALLA WALLA!!

Four of us were in Walla Walla Washington from the Portland area for a wine tasting outing. This was our second time stayiong at this location. The experience was better than excellent. The staff were very friendly, and they treated us like family. They have a great continental breakfast that is put together by Vickie. She does an outstanding job on making sure the breakfast is replenished at all times, and the food is always hot, if that is what you're getting. Vickie is very personable, and goes the extra mile. The rooms were very clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was a great stay!!

My wife and I had to book an extra night on short notice so we had two different reservations. We would originally have had to swap rooms, but we had our pups with us and a wedding to get to so it would have been challenging for us. Ariana at the front desk worked some magic and made it so we could keep same room between reservations. Absolutely amazing! Thanks so much Ariana and Hampton Inn for being so accommodating!
