- NPNikki Patel1 day ago5.0Vernon checked me in after my flight was missed due to Alaska Airlines so they booked me at this hotel in the middle of the night as my rebooked flight wasn't until the next morning. Despite all this chaos, he was personable and made sure my stay was a great one. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The water pressure was great in the shower and they had all basic amenities that were expected. There were plenty of towels which was appreciated. The bed was comfortable and AC/heating worked well. The next morning Yolanda was my shuttle driver and got me to the airport safely and efficiently. I was able to take breakfast/coffee to go on my way to the airport which was a nice addition. All in all, great stay however the people made my stay above and beyond!

Very attentive & warm & just Amazing Customer Service, Great job!! Location was perfect with Westfield Mall & lots of restaurants nearby. Room was large, lots of counter and closet space. The Kitchenette was perfect that included nice appliances! Room was overall wonderful, comfortable and very clean!! Breakfast had great options! Overall one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel, and I travel very often! Thank you Home 2 Suites!
