    I love this hotel. This is a perfect stay for me. The rooms are clean and very nice. The are a lot of amenities, which I love. I have been to a lot of hotels in the area. This is my favorite. What actually made me take the time to write out this review was the good customer service that Ahnia provided for me during my stay. She made sure I had everything I needed. Even going the extra mile to make sure it was better than I expected. I have been other places, and she displayed The best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Thank you very much for this.

    Front desk service leaves much to be desired and is far below what one would expect from the Hilton brand. Upon check-in, the two young ladies at the desk were engrossed in conversation and seemed inconvenienced by my arrival. Thankfully, the one who eventually assisted me was polite and professional, but the lack of attentiveness was immediately apparent. The morning staff, however, take the prize for complacency. While guests filled the breakfast area, multiple tables sat dirty and unattended. Despite several employees standing at the front desk chatting loudly, not one seemed inclined to maintain the dining area’s cleanliness. I eventually had to ask one of them to wipe a table, and though she mentioned “they have people who do that,” she begrudgingly cleaned it herself. It’s clear that management has allowed a culture of indifference to take root here. The staff’s casual disregard for guest experience speaks volumes about leadership and oversight. Hilton should seriously evaluate this property before it further tarnishes the brand’s reputation for quality and service.

    The highlight of this trip was most definitely Yolanda and her brother. They are such high quality people and they really do care about the guests. This is my second time here and they made an impression on me both times. The first time was just the caring they showed others and this time I overslept my alarm but between the two of them they got me to the airport in time. Without their caring recognition of my stress and time crunch I never would have made it and Yolanda stayed late just to drive me there. Truly wonderful people and worth staying here just knowing they are part of the staff

    Writing this review while I’m still checked in at the hotel! The ladies working the day shift during check-in were very welcoming and friendly, and the gentleman on the night shift is great — he’s been checking in regularly to make sure my family and I are doing okay. This is by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in all my hotel stays. The rooms are spacious, and the location is great! We’ll definitely be booking here again.
