Staff were friendly but the hotel itself is pretty bad: 1. Cleaning was not through. I’m a bit allergic to animals but I switched 3 rooms and was allergic in all 3 rooms. 2. I can hear other guest talking at 5am. The walls must be very thin. 3. Body wash was not refilled - small issue but shows the maintenance was not good I wonder where all the reviews come from. They must have managed reviews.

The service and management behavior we experienced were completely unacceptable. Our family arrived earlier than I did and attempted to check in using digital keys after completing online check-in. Their keys did not work, and the front desk refused to issue physical keys unless I arrived in person and I did as they requested. Later, when one of the keys was deactivated, the staff again refused to replace it despite verifying our reservation. At check-in, we were told there was a $10 per person room credit for each room, yet a week later we were billed for extra charges, claiming the credit applied to only one room. This directly contradicted what was confirmed in person. When we raised these issues, the manager, identified only as Kelly B., was rude, dismissive, and refused to provide his full name, saying “you don’t need to know.” His conduct was unprofessional and disrespectful. The Assistant General Manager, Emily Hawkins, also refused to share Kelly’s full name or assist further when contacted by phone. This entire experience—from check-in issues to billing errors and staff misconduct—was frustrating and far below Hilton’s standards. As a Hilton team member, I am especially disappointed.

Angela @ the front desk goes above and beyond. She has been friendly from check in and on. She was very attentive after my boyfriend Rons surgery. When we got back to the hotel she was so sweet and offered to get us a wheelchair. ( I wanted one, boyfriend didn't. ) Once he declined the chair, she helped us to the elevator. The restaurant messed up our order, she rushed over to see how she could get it fixed. I would definitely keep Angela and give her a raise. She's worth it. Good Customer service is hard to come by, don't lose her, she's a gem. Shelley Brinkley Ron Klein

The facility is amazing and clean. Some of the staff are courteous and respectful. Some of them were incredibly rude. They tried to state that I had broken policy by leaving my dog in the room and leaving the property after my reservation was complete. The reality is, I left the building with my dog and all of my things approximately 15 minutes after my reservation. A late check out turned into a handful of accusations. Good times. My dog and I are going to go tour the city now.
