Hope they saved a lot of money on the free wifi (it's Millennial Nostalgia Speed™) and I'm certain they did on these beds. The combo of Target and Kohls has you covered for whatever you forgot. All of the staff are friendly, but I received excellent service in particular from Terry and Rebecca. Rebecca makes sure you can still get in at 3 AM after your flight was delayed as easy as if it were 3 PM. Terry went above and beyond got me squared away after a few crazy days. If you need to stay in Redmond, and you enjoy a simple but reliable stay experience that's worth the price, this is the one for you.

After a difficult situation with a booking via a third party, the front desk manager Terry went out of his way to assist us in rectifying the situation and making sure we had the room we needed. The room is warm and spacious with plenty of space for our two large suitcases. Parking is complimentary which is a big plus for us. Water, coffee and freshly baked cookies are available in the lobby. Highly recommend staying here and booking directly through the hotel to avoid any issues.
