  Enjoyed our stay here. Lots of amenities available that we needed. Safe, great location, plenty of plug in outlets by the bed, lotion in the bathroom, clean, quiet, full size mirrors, etc.....perfect for our stay.

  Our stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Puyallup was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. The Operations Manager, Ken, exemplifies what world-class hospitality looks like. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. It’s rare to encounter leadership so visibly dedicated to ensuring every guest has an excellent experience. A special and heartfelt thank-you also goes to Robin, who went well beyond her call of duty. We encountered complications with our travel agency, and Robin took ownership of the situation with patience, persistence, and kindness. Her willingness to help and her follow-through made a stressful situation smooth and manageable. She is an absolute asset to this hotel.

  I called the front desk to ask about booking a room with my company. The front desk staff asked me to hold while he checked. When he came back, I was told he couldn’t find my corporate rate, but he thinks they have one for my company, but that I would need to call back and talk to reservations during the day to find out. He mentioned being busy. Sorry I interrupted your busy overnight shift, buddy. I will take my three weeks of hotel stay elsewhere since you’re so busy though. Sorry to inconvenience you. ;) The hotel looks nice and newly built or renovated. The overnight customer service is extremely lacking. He also could have just left a note for a manager to call me back with the info, but apparently was too busy, and just wanted me to call back and wait on hold all over again.

  Due to mandatory evacuation orders for flooding, I chose to escape here to this Homewood Suites by Hilton. This place is BEAUTIFUL. Brand new in September, super big lobby with lots of light and cozy chairs and tables. Lots of flat screens and a welcoming vibe. Wednesday is social hour where they have FREE beer and wine and appetizers which were enough for a meal!! Huge pool and excercise room. Lobby has area to buy snacks and beverages. The room itself was absolutely great. We had a suite with a king bed, hide bed couch and a full kitchen minus the oven. You could easily live here for months. This place is the best hotel in Puyallup. Oh, and they take dogs!!

  Wonderful place! The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us. There are a few gotchas that we noticed during our 2 night stay. - The pool sign says opens at 9am but the packet you get while checking in says it opens at 8am 🤷🏻‍♂️ - Beer of draft is dependent on a worker being over 21 on shift. We weren’t so lucky one night and didn’t want to wait until 10pm for someone over 21 to come in. So, no beer from 5pm to 10pm 😢 - The front desk doesn’t always have someone around even if you’re waiting for about 10 minutes hoping someone is coming back soon. 🙄 Those are all easily fixable or addressable by management. Best thing of all was the quality of the beds. Ours were on the softer side, which is exactly what we like. Even the sofa bed had a great mattress and it seems like nobody had ever used it. Everything here seemed to be a year or less old.
