Robyne Vogt was the best front desk person, she took care of me and my kids! She made us feel at home every time!

It was a nice stay, but I can say that when we tried to get our room, the front desk manager accidentally gave us the wrong card. But we tried again, and it worked! Shortly after the first night, I experienced jetlag, but I kept improving, And relocated to a room with 2 beds; and I was just living the lifetime of Puyallup!

My first time here and the hotel is pretty new, clean, service is fantastic and IRMA at the Breakfast section is commendable for her service. She made sure everything is availablr and replenished from coffee, drinks, food and utensils. I heard her smiling and greeting the guests. Good job and keep it up, Irma!

When I tell you the best hotel I mean it!! The hotel firstly is new. The appliances are new. The new technology in the hotel makes you wonder why or how to get other hotels to follow suit. They have a stove top with a full large fridge with freezer. Soap for the dishes. The rooms have a dish washer. Glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, butter knives, one steak knife, a can opener, a cork opener, two oven mitts, a pot, and a skillet. The utensils and are all new and sturdy. The only thing I wish the paper towels when not so ruff, but now I just bring my own.

I have stayed here twice. The first time I stayed in a two queen suite on the 4th floor. That room was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a nice Hispanic themed affair. All the kitchen staff members were nice and went above and beyond to ensure that great service was rendered. The gym and pool were nice amenities that I enjoyed. The only issue I observed was that someone had allowed their dog to poop in the stairwell and had not cleaned up after it. The staff resolved this when they were made aware of it.
The 2nd time I stayed here I had a much less successful stay. I booked a 1 bedroom king suite on the 5th floor with a Mountain View. Upon arrival at this room, there were crumbs on the table and kitchen counter. There was a yellowish sticky fluid that had been poured on the countertop and not cleaned. There was soap scum and hair in the bathroom and hair in between the beddings. I typically travel with my cleaning supplies and extra sheets so I cleaned the table, countertop, and sinks and took the sheets off the bed. When the front desk person sent out the automated message to ask about my stay I conveyed my disappointment and she told me to come to the front desk to get another room. I went down. She asked for my key; I told her I had a digital key, to which she responded that next time I should make sure I check in in person so that they can ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the room. She gave me a hearing and mobility accessible room on the 3rd floor and said it’s the best she can do because they were full. In this room the kitchen and living room areas were relatively clean. However, the bathroom was not well cleaned. Something had spilled on sink and had been left there. The bathtub had a blue stain and some hair and dirt stains on the walls. Disappointing, but fixable. The bed was comfortable with no evidence of previous use. However, the carpets were stained with a brownish red substance. There was a trail of these spots between the bed and television. Because of my previous stay my mind automatically jumped to the idea that it might be dog poop or some kind of blood that wasn’t properly treated. It gave me the ick and I could not rest comfortably in that room because of this. I never did find out what the stains were about but it’s sad that this fairly new hotel doesn’t have procedures in place to properly maintain its rooms.
I definitely did not think this accommodation was worth $191.21. I feel like I lost my money, and ended up more exhausted than when I came in.
