    Brianna, the manager was absolutely out of this world! Even though I was staying at a different Hampton Inn, she was able to help me with my needs professionally and compassionately. She even took some time to chat with me personally which was truly the Hilton touch. Her associate Gabi was also very friendly and positive. We are only two days away from earning diamond And interactions like these will keep us coming back for more! :-) Please make sure these ladies receive not only recognition and compensation but a raise proportional to their professionalism!

    Very clean hotel. Big TV with what i consider to be extremely comfortable bed! Bathroom was clean with a large walk in shower. Breakfast was included. Great selection of fruit, cereals, waffles, egg bites (delicious) sausage and panty of drinks and hot coffee. Only complaint is that the water in the shower didn't get really hot. Turned it all the way to hot and it wasn't very hot. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. Easy access from sr512. Nice place to stay.

    Booked for Thanksgiving to get me and my kids in town to see their grandparents for the first big holiday after my wife passed away. I needed to extend and they could not extend a day, which is understandable. When I asked if I could cancel so that I could find suitable lodging, I was denied my paid in full booking. I can't speak to the actual accomodations themselves, but as far as service goes, I would not book here again. Now I have had to pay for a new booking elsewhere and am out of my money for booking here.

    The House Keeping Manager charged me $250 accusing me of smoking in my room. I am a Diamond member and stay at a lot of Hilton Hotels and have never, not 1 time, Ever smoked in ANY of the rooms I have stayed in. The House Keeping Manager should be fired for for making the accusation. They called me and I denied the accusation, they said they would call me back. They never returned the call. I will be looking for a different Hotel chain in the future and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
