    The House Keeping Manager charged me $250 accusing me of smoking in my room. I am a Diamond member and stay at a lot of Hilton Hotels and have never, not 1 time, Ever smoked in ANY of the rooms I have stayed in. The House Keeping Manager should be fired for for making the accusation. They called me and I denied the accusation, they said they would call me back. They never returned the call. I will be looking for a different Hotel chain in the future and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    From checking in to checking out, where the batteries in my truck died, every single staff member here was incredibly friendly, helpful, and personable. The hotel is immaculately clean at all times. They have a pretty broad selection for breakfast, ample parking, pool and hot tub, fitness center, and guest laundry room. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in town next.

    The handicapped room is as far from the elevator as possible. We asked for service every day for a week and the room was never cleaned. They keep the news on in the dining room with the sound off and no closed captions. Unless you are a very good driver don't even attempt the parking garage. Bed was very very soft. Nice new remodel and better than average breakfast. Won't be staying here again.

    Niyah was amazing getting us checked in so late. She was welcoming, upbeat, and smiling and conversing with us. I was concerned that she did not have any security guard, just in case, but she stayed positive. We would come back based on her reception alone. The hotel hallways were clean and smelled fresh. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We slept through breakfast. 12pm check-out time is really nice. Easy convenience store across the street with a nice and helpful gentleman working there. The only suggestion I have is to supply rooms with a wine and bottle opener. We found less expensive rates by going through a 3rd party website vs. calling directly and even using AAA discount. Would stay again for sure if needed to in that area. It is a really big hotel, bigger than it looks. They have a pool and workout room there as well, however we did not use either one, so unable to rate. The location can't be helped, but I wouldn't want to hang out and walk around a lot at night, so gave it 3 stars for convenience.
