I only stopped in to use the bathroom in the lobby. Good bathroom. Adequate toilet paper. Five stars.

The Hampton inn in Pasco was outstanding. The rooms are clean. Everything worked in the rooms. Even the little things like the USB plugs worked. The breakfast was good. The parking was easy. The last the front desk named Tiffani was really nice to me. This was literally the perfect hotel. Parking was easy. It was close to the airport. I have no complaints and nothing but good things to say about this place.

One of the better Hampton Inn hotels I have found in my travels. Great location and close to all you could need while traveling!

Location is awesome with everything you could need within a couple blocks. Hotel rooms feel dated and the hotel changed my reservation without my knowledge and upon arrival when I asked about it was told “too bad, there is nothing they would do about it but I could cancel my reservation if I liked”. No concern just take it or leave it. It is a shame that this location doesn’t live up to the Hilton reputation.

Let's just go in order. 1. Checked in online as was requested. Picked my room. Upon entering hotel was not given that room, but a room on the 1st floor (I like 4th/highest for least amount of noise/foot traffic). We ended up getting a move to the third floor as it was noisy as there was a softball tournament happening. Just noisy when after a long day of travel we wanted to sleep, and there should have been quiet hours applied for 9:30-10:00pm for a hotel. Evening front desk girl was fantastic, thank you for switching us. 2. One of the worst showers I have ever experienced. No water pressure, and overall just felt like I was bathing in an iceberg the entire time. Wasn't a fun experience! 3. Absolutely zero details about the pool/hot tub being closed! Due to... painting? In the summer months? After a 90 degree day, and a day of travel, spending $200+ on a hotel to be told at check-in, "oh yeah, that's closed, but the fitness center is 24 hours." Cool, cool, cool. Probably should send an alert out to incoming guests. This was a fun weekend away for us, and now one of those fun hotel activities is just totally gone without notice. Lame. Love spending money on a place to literally just sleep when I could have gone somewhere much cheaper, probably with comfier beds, and a better shower. Joy in hotels I guess, but when you see 4.5 stars on Google, you would hope for something just a little bit better.
