It's not the traffic noise. I didn't even really notice, despite being basically on the freeway. It's not the somewhat shabby finishings that leave things looking kind of dirty as they break down, even when it's not. It's not the poor parking situation.
It's the cleaning staff. What's going on, guys? Is this management, telling them to behave like this? Or are they really deciding that this job is all about them and their timing and the customer can go to heII?
Do you guys need to change your checkout times to accomodate someone? Because when we have to travel and work at the same time, we often choose hotels based on their checkout times. That means we have meetings till midday and then quickly get our things together and leave basically right before noon to be elsewhere for the second half of the workday.
And hey, guess what, the cleaning staff intentionally slamming things from room to room on either side of you starting at 10 because they want you out of the room and they've got nothing better to do is...really annoying, to say the least. At least all my coworkers in my meetings now know where not to stay if they have to stop into Olympia.
Checkout Sept 24, 5th floor. Short lady with bun and glasses straight up needs to be fired. It's ridiculous.
