    Very clean and comfortable rooms. The free breakfast was awsome. I was working in the olympia area for 3 days helping with power restoration . Perfect location . Thank you for the memory.

    First let me just say WOW! The teamwork that I witnessed during my stay was just incredible and amazing! This past weekend I was at an event and Saturday October 25th a pretty bad storm hit. Then the power went out, something that was NOT in there control. Nevertheless the staff kicked into gear and it was all hands on deck. The manager, supervisors, front desk staff, maintenance kitchen staff housekeeping staff everyone worked together and made sure the guests were safe. Flashlights and ,lamps were in place. We had umbrellas if we needed to go to our car. It was just so amazing to watch how quickly they all work together to get the job done ,bravo. The next morning when the power came back on, the staff was still working hard and breakfast was hot and ready for the guests. It was just so awesome to see how they all worked together.

    This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in this price point (and almost the best of the higher-priced “luxury” hotels). Clean, clean, and clean. If you’ve read any of my other reviews, you know that cleanliness trumps all other considerations for me. The tell-tale spots: behind the bathroom door in the corner, the bathtub/shower, and in the hidden corners of the room. All of these were checked and passed with flying colors!!! Friendly staff, super sweet touches throughout (chalkboard drawings and inspirational sayings on walls), clean and well-appointed workout room (Peloton bike!) and hot tub/pool area (no hair floating on top of the water), and clean and bright halls with a nice, neutral smell. Actual hot chocolate at the coffee bar. The hotel-provided toiletries were thick and lightly scented so that you could actually use them. Staff offered water bottles at check in (yes for free). The breakfast was very tasty, fresh, and there were a great variety of choices. The pomegranate, açaí, blueberry enhanced water—delish! The serving area was super clean and kept stocked. If I could, I would give the Hampton in Lacey-Olympia a 6!!

    I really want to love Hampton inns… like I really want to… I’ve stayed at so many of them and they all have the same ROCK HARD mattresses. The pillows and blankets are lovely, but I just can’t lay on concrete. Double tree mattresses are FAR better in my opinion. The layout of the room I had here was awesome. Really like how spacious it is and the decor was really nice. No funny smells and not outdated.
