I had a room on the opposite side of the Airport and when requested to be move to Airport side, Venkat immediately took care of this. We will surely be recommending the hotel to all our colleagues from Boeing India.

He was more than willing to gets us some items we’d forgotten to bring,, and then proceeded answer all our other questions and help us get a few extra things with a perfectly cheerful attitude, even though it was after midnight. I would honestly stay at this hotel again, just for him!(Although this hotel is fantastic as well- lol)
