    My family had a great stay and Joylene was super friendly and helpful at the front desk. This is a great spot...Just a 5 min drive to the main town. Overall the rooms were clean and well-kept, it's right next to Safeway for easy groceries and gas and also has an EV charger (just 1) around the back, free to use. They've got an indoor and outdoor hot tub alongside the indoor pool. The pool isn't quite heated but isn't super cold either. Breakfast was pretty basic but filling: waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, toast, fruits. Love that coffees, tea, hot chocolate and hot water were available 24/7. We would gladly stay here again if we came back to visit Leavenworth again :)

    Horrible experience with this property. I am a Hilton member and has been having good experienced as a member. I couldn’t travel to Leavenworth from California due to winter storm and harsh weather conditions. I had also booked for stay at other Hilton properties at Eugene and Seattle in my enroute to Leavenworth and they were kind enough to cancel the reservation recognizing the circumstance. However, Hampton Inn Leavenworth made me run around for literally 2 days to let me know that they will charge me for one of the two days of stays for cancellation and also didn’t allow me to transfer the room to my friends who were in the city although they charged me for one day. So they took away 600$ for cancellation! Manager of the property was supposed to contact me on this and she didn’t! The property management team is a nightmare to deal with. I would advise to stay away from this Hilton Property as you would hit into a bunch of unhelpful staff should you run into some issues. I am a big fan of Hilton properties and usually prefer Hilton when I travel around the globe, but this Hilton property is to be stayed away purely for how they treat you when you run into issues. There are better and cheaper properties in Leavenworth ( where my friends have stayed) which I am sure would value your time and treat you with respect!

    Our family took a bus from Seattle to Leavenworth and we were unable to check in to our air bnb for a few hours. We had multiple large suitcases and no where to put them. So we were basically stranded at the bus stop with our kids and suitcases in the freezing until we could check in. Hampton Inn is conveniently located directly across the bus stop. Scott, Joylene and Hugo work the front desk and were all SO incredibly kind and allowed us to come inside the lobby to warm up and leave our luggage so we could go enjoy downtown while we waited on our check in time. The lobby is stocked with complimentary hot chocolate, coffee and board games which they graciously allowed us to have access to. Hospitality is unmatched! If we are to revisit Leavenworth again we will be staying at their hotel.

    Cannot recommend this place enough. We came into Leavenworth to stay at an Air BnB that had a late check in of 6pm. We hopped off the bus (this place is conveniently located near the bus stop) and had too much luggage to haul around all day until our BnB opened. We asked Scott the GM if he would be willing to store our luggage with a storage fee for the day until we could come back to get the luggage after our BnB opened. Scott would not allow us to pay a storage fee and was extremely generous, storing our bags for the day. When I came to pick them up, Joylene was super friendly and gave us the bags (confirmed my identity which I loved) and provided recommendations for our stay. Probably not a sweeter woman in town. Then on top of that, our BnB check out was earlier than our bus out of town so we called and explained the situation to Hugo who was extremely welcoming and polite. He allowed us to store our bags (would not take a fee again) and even invited us to the continental breakfast. Then when our bus got delayed, allowed our family to sit in the lobby and showed our kids where the games are and got them hot chocolate. I was truly impressed to say the least. I don’t normally leave reviews but felt compelled given the high quality people and service we came across AND WE WERE NOT EVEN CUSTOMERS OF THE HOTEL. 5 stars for sure and we will be staying at this hotel during our next stay.

    With widespread flooding and Highway 2 closed due to a natural disaster, I was physically unable to reach this hotel. Despite that, the hotel denied my refund of nearly $700 for two nights. I understood that I was technically outside the cancellation window, but I reasonably believed that a natural disaster preventing access would warrant some basic flexibility or decency. Apparently not. I attempted to contact the hotel multiple times and received no response whatsoever. Hilton customer service told me that only the hotel could authorize a refund. When I explained that the hotel would not answer, I was told they were “experiencing weather issues.” The irony… those same weather issues are exactly what prevented me from getting there in the first place. I cannot be the only guest whose travel plans were completely disrupted by this disaster. Refusing refunds under these circumstances is unreasonable, unethical, and shows a complete lack of customer care. Taking hundreds of dollars from guests who literally could not access the property is unacceptable. I will not be staying here again and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.
