They have the Hilton Honors program where after so many days staying in these hotels, you accumulate enough points to stay for free at a hotel of your choice. Idk if I got scammed. I was in this hotel with the National Guard helping with the floods during the holidays. After 2 weeks we are told we are checking out and I find out the hotel did not give me credit for staying there. I had sign up for the program the day I arrived and the person who I spoke told me I did not get any points at all. So is this thing a scam just to hook people into staying at these hotels? I ended up getting a few points just to hear customer service trying to sell me a package I was not interested in. I'm just disappointed in your program people.

Id expect a full service hotel or a resort to have that kind of incidentals. After gaining an explanation from the staff, it's understandable, but dayum lol The hotel grounds are well upkept, hotel common areas are updated and clean, staff are phenomenal especially the front desk! Shout out to Maura! Rooms are clean and updated! Don't let me forget about breakfast! I see you breakfast peeps making it clean and well stocked in the morning. Ayyye!
