Seemed like an old hotel converted or just old, central air would have been nice. Needed new pillows, no amenities except coffee from the restaurant which was very good. Helpful staff at restaurant highlight of stay

It’s my first time here at Hilton garden inn and Scott and Robert at the front desk made it so simple to check in. Not only that but Scott answer my billion of questions, it’s nice to know that good customer service still exists. Thank you so much to Scott and Robert for being so helpful and making my experience amazing from the beginning.

Had a rough night listening to the next room over playing music super loud until well past 2 am. Calls to the front desk resulted in assurances that it would be dealt with, but sadly, it wasn’t. This was our second time in this hotel, don’t think we’ll be back. We had issues with noise the last time as well. For the price and supposed quality of the hotel, it was an experience I would expect from a motel at a 1/3rd of the price. Rooms were nice… just loud. Perhaps for the under 30 party crowd, it’s a good fit? Skip if you have kids or want a good night’s rest.

Always stay in the Garden Inn, or the Homewood next door, I assume it’s the same owner. Either way, lately it’s been the Garden Inn, and the service has always been top notch. There’s a woman, I also assume, the manager, in the lobby of the Garden Inn, in the mornings, that is so incredibly attentive to her guests, chats with everyone, knows what you’re looking for, and makes it happen for you, at her pleasure, truly a person of hospitality! I attempted to get a look at her name tag, but felt a bit Awkward, trying to see it; to called her out in this review by name, I would assume, who ever matters, knows who she is. I will continue to stay at Hilton brands, simply because of her and others like her!
