Thank you, yall made my sons birthday memorable. Only thing I would say bad is house keeping should vacuum the whole room even if you can't see trash there are hairs on the carpet and when I was making my balloon arch in my room there was so many hairs sticking to the balloon due to static it was a little gross. But that kind of carpet hides things good so that's good but not. Other then that 5 stars still..

Great area, and nice hotel. Just a huge disappointment again at a Hampton that has no options for vegans. Is it that hard to carry plant-based milk for vegans?? Come on! Lots of people can’t drink cows milk. Have to go buy a coffee out again which isn’t fair. No breakfast options but slimy oats…It’s 2025 get with it!!!

So this is my first ever unpleasant experience with Hilton ever. And, I am Hilton Member and for years chose them over other hotels. This time what happened is that I had a reservation Oct 31 - Nov 1. I checked in electronically but never received a digital key. Since this was Halloween night, we were delayed and were arriving after the midnight. As we were on our way coming from Canada, I was talking to a representative and asked him for digital key. While we were talking, my reservation got cancelled and I stayed without my room in the middle of the night with 3 kids one of which is baby. At the same time when my reservation was cancelled I was charged for that cancelation. I shared this with a representative as he was already on the line with me and he said I should not be charged as the cancellation was on their part. Anyway, he helped me make another reservation so that I have place to stay and I was charged for that too. Refunding this cancellation has been pain in the ass. I have been talking to a hotel and they are asking me for a bank statement which I feel uncomfortable to share with them and it is also not ready as it is o they statement. They ask me for receipt that they did not send me after the cancelation. I sent them screenshots of my charges, I sent them 4 digit numbers of my card. All they asked me I sent and I got response that they cannot do it. I am so disappointed and this is not my experience with Hilton Hotels. This is what I got from them. Has anyone had similar experience to get cancelled after they checked in online, to not receive digital key and to be questioned or mistrusted when asked for the refund for the charge after hotel cancelled the reservation? I don’t even know what exactly they are asking me now.

If you stay at this hotel I would park as close to the front doors as possible. They have break-ins a lot and they do not have cameras in the parking lot or security. I stayed there one night and someone tried to break into my truck wish they would put cameras in and have a security guard. I think it would help a lot.

The breakfast was actually good! The rooms were clean and maintained well. The front desk staff needs better training on how to speak and interact with guests as most of them were rude and made the experience uncomfortable. Only two staff members were pleasant and helpful, Nicole and Mata’Ava (sorry if I misspelled that) you two were great and thank you for being so helpful as opposed to your peers. Our key card kept deactivating EVERY SINGLE TIME we left our room. It was incredibly frustrating and we had to keep going back to the front desk to get a new key card or reactivate it. Probably will not stay here again based on that alone.
