    I Spent 3 nights in total at this location. From the moment I checked in until the time I left, I was greeted and treated like a VIP guest (I was not). From the warm welcoming, helpful information regarding the area, and the pleasant smiles from staff while walking past in in the hallways, my interaction's were nothing but positive. I will certainly be staying at this hotel again next year when I back in this area. Thank you to all, keep up the good work!

    Stayed for 8 nights and was very pleased. The room I was in was clean and even had a water view. Saw signs posted around the hotel that some remodeling was going on, but it did not bother or inconvenience me whatsoever. Utilized the laundry room while there and the room itself, as well as the machines were clean and worked well. The breakfast and ladies working the breakfast each morning were great. Very impressed each morning with the variety to choose from and that even each day the breakfast was something different. Parking was an extra charge per day, but after parking in the garage the first time, I realized how efficient and convenient it was. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back!

    We loved our stay at this hotel. Secured underground parking in a clean neighbourhood. We were so surprised at how clean it was around the hotel. The breakfast was awesome for a continental, eggs, bacon, coffee, tea, cereals, oatmeal, and of course the waffle machine with tons of flavours on the side. Ashley the manager was very kind as well. I will definitely stay at this hotel in my future Seattle trips.

    Room was not reserved even though it was reserved months in advance and so we were put in 2 separate rooms with a king bed and a pull out bed when we were supposed to get 2 queen size beds with conjoining rooms, the water was luke warm more on the cool side, my sister called to make sure there was gluten free food and the hotel said there was and only bread when I went to breakfast, the noise in the hotel made it difficult to fall asleep. If you consider a great view looking out your window across the alley and looking at somebody else's apartment a great view okay. Food on the floor in the hallways times the 2 days we were there. Parking wasn't easy at all.
