We appreciated the breakfast the next morning as it allowed us a more relaxed morning before hitting the road again. We also received a “Happy Fuel” bag including water, an apple and a cookie! Thank you Hampton Inn Ellensburg!

We were immediately helped by the most caring, compassionate lady (Larene?). She brought us cold bottled water and was most helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and more!! What a shining example of stellar guest service she is!! We can't fully express how much this meant during an emergent time for our family. Magenta and Steven helped us with a excellent recommendation for a trusted mechanic, and boy, they sure didn't let us down!! They too were superb in providing service that was truly above and beyond !! Emily, the morning Associate, extended our check out, so that we could get our rental car and on to our vacation destination! :) Steven, runs a fantastic, delicious and friendly breakfast!! Everything was so fresh and well presented!! Our room was immaculately clean, comfortable and we heard NO noise from anywhere!! This was a huge blessing after such a trying day!! Christine, the General Manager, was so responsive and a delight to converse with, when we asked to give her a compliment personally!! She runs a top-notch team of professionals and has earned back Hilton customers for life! Mariott never provided service even close to this level! Thank you to all the dedicated team members and management!! Stay here, you will be very glad you did!!
- FWFred WSep 1, 20251.0They advertise EV chargers (6 Tesla destination chargers) but the spots are near the front with no signs saying EV parking only, so unsurprisingly they were all taken by gas cars later in the evening. There was a ton of parking available on the other side of the hotel. Management should enforce EV only for the charging spots.
