- LJL JDec 29, 20252.0I had multiple problems while I was there. My biggest complaint is that for as long as the pool and hot tub had been not working. I was not informed at check in or when I called a week earlier for confirmation. Kids were very disappointed and so was I.

My only recommendation would be to bring a cooler with some snacks and drinks, as the items for sale in the lobby are truly outrages! Examples... $5 for a soda, $9 for a beer, $10 for a microwave burrito or single serve pizza... Part of the hospitality should be offering snacks and drinks at a reasonable rate. I paid just shy of $30 for a 16oz soda, one bottle of beer and a 6" microwave pizza. Movie theaters and ball games have better prices!
- DIDead InsideNov 23, 20253.0First look outside, neat and clean. Inside... it's the washington special you know when they try hard hiding things instead of actually repairing it. The body lotion was never replaced even after two room services. I would give more stars for the room but there were stains, the silverware looked like someone went "eh good enough to lazy for another wash" and not to mention the constant banging noise upstairs and sides plus we were by stairs. Understandle up until all smokers are lazy and don't want to leave their room or stand right outside the exit sometimes cigarettes sometimes cannabis. I don't mind but when you have 9 month old baby and you got the no smoking room for a reason. Service was great but after 3 days of them not doing anything about it I had to interrupt a bald man trying to get with the blonde receptionist in the morning about the guy smoking and she said and I quote "Okay I'll let them know and then if it continues we can see about moving your family." Since he was young neck hurt I guess they rather cater to him more than the family that actually acts civilized in a society. Location, Starbucks is the only good thing really but traffic stunk during rush hour to leave. Overall the breakfast saved it and the coffee station. Even got to see a monkey come in an Amazon worker uniform to grab food without needing to stay. Amazing civilized person.
