My husband and I stayed here for about 2 weeks with our dog and cat. The hotels on post were booked, so this was our best and closest option. Commute onto post was very easy, and shops and food are all nearby. It’s a great central location with things to do between Olympia and Tacoma. The rooms are very large, with a kitchenette, table on wheels, sofa, and chairs. Room service was every other day. We had a “pets inside” sign on our door and they skipped our room cleaning; I had to call the front desk to get fresh sheets and new garbage bags which they quickly provided. Breakfast was the basics, it was sufficient. The proteins changed a little bit everyday. I appreciate coffee being available all day. The front desk was phenomenal!! Shout out to May, Alicia, and Cameron!! They made the stay enjoyable for us and my dog, FlapJack absolutely loved all the pets, attention, and treats they provided him. Thank you for taking the time everyday to genuinely check in with my husband and I, and give lots of love to my dog. I also felt safe here because they were attentive to everyone coming and leaving the hotel. Staying at a hotel with pets while looking for a home in a new state isn’t easy, but they made coming “home” to the hotel everyday better than I could have hoped for.

Good room servicing and friendly staff but during the weekends, the service SUCKS!!! This is especially for breakfast. They let the guest with small children and rug rats make a disgusting mess in the breakfast line/bar and when someone like me waits patiently, they ran out of clean plates!!! It's obvious that the breakfast area is always busy on weekends, so shouldn't you have ALL HANDS ON DECK??? I had to go out and pay for breakfast twice because of this poor managing during the weekend mornings! NOT COOL!!!

Hotel chain mostly used by contractors or other laborers on assignment, it's my preferred for same thanks to the spacious rooms and mini kitchen in every room. The breakfast bar is *dope* way better than I remember from the last time I stayed at a home2. Great when you're starting of a long Day of work
