This incident occurred around 2021, I believe. I literally just asked the staff to see a manager because I was not clear on what I was signing. My friend had told me something weird about signing twice, and so I just wanted to confirm with someone higher up. Well, the staff got super upset with me and told me I had to leave.
I went back the next day to ask to speak to a manager and the manager claimed I had been screaming at their staff. Um, everyone who knows me knows I am one of the nicest, calmest people and I would never do such a thing.
So, all because I asked a question, I am now banned from this hotel.

Myself and 3 grandkids stayed here and was a great hotel.
Fresh and new, great room, pool and breakfast.
Pretty close to everything we wanted to do too.

I wanted to share my experience with the front desk staff during my stay. The night-time person, Draya, was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I had a few instances where I either misplaced my room key or forgot it in my room, but she was always quick to make me a new one without any trouble. She’s truly amazing to have as the first person you meet when you arrive at the hotel.

Clean room, but poor noise control and billing issues
The property itself was clean and well maintained. My room was tidy, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. A couple of the snack options were a bit disheveled, but still edible and tasty.
Unfortunately, my stay was far from restful. I was placed on a very busy floor with multiple dogs barking throughout the day and late into the evening. Many guests seemed to leave their pets unattended during breakfast hours, leading to nonstop barking from separation anxiety — sleeping in was impossible.
The noise insulation was also poor; I could clearly hear my upstairs neighbor’s alarm going off at 5:30 a.m.
Parking was plentiful, which was appreciated. However, check-in was slow and handled by a single, frazzled staff member who accidentally double-charged my card. Two weeks later, I’m still dealing with the back-and-forth between Hilton and my card provider to get the extra charge removed.
Checkout was smoother, though the morning staff seemed unaware of the noise complaints and were dismissive when I mentioned it.
While the location is convenient — right off I-5 for easy access — the lack of soundproofing, barking dogs, and billing issues made this stay frustrating. For the price paid, I expected better (not to mention under the Hilton name). Clean room aside, I would not return to this location and cannot recommend 👎.

Building looks great. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. One of the door maghold on the 4th floor elevator lobby was not working and was being held by a door stop (unsafe and a fire hazard). The rooms were clean except for the shower which could use some new caulk and we found some hair in it. We had room on the 4th floor facing the freeway, so our room was a little noisy. The kitchenette came complete with microwave, dishwasher, sizable refrigerator, dishes and utensils. The bed was comfortable and we had a restful sleep.
