The hotel is next to a shopping center that includes a Target. It is a bit hard to cross the street to it, no stop signs and alot of traffic on both sides. The parking lot is not that big, sometimes we struggled to find a spot.

The receptionist had too much attitude on me not being nice to the customers. Did not follow basic etiquettes like informing the room number, what should I do for parking, way to elevator etc. Pathetic customer experience!!
