The hotel is next to a shopping center that includes a Target. It is a bit hard to cross the street to it, no stop signs and alot of traffic on both sides. The parking lot is not that big, sometimes we struggled to find a spot.

The receptionist had too much attitude on me not being nice to the customers. Did not follow basic etiquettes like informing the room number, what should I do for parking, way to elevator etc. Pathetic customer experience!!

It's also minutes away from Bellevue Botanical Garden. The room was better than our experience in Seattle downtown. The best part about it here is the complimentary breakfast. They waffle station was a hit for our kids. Our room on the 3rd floor had a clogged sink full of hair and the toilet leaked over night. If we stayed longer than a night that would have been a problem..
