The staff were friendly and accommodating. The amenities were well maintained and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only, very minor issue, was the location and parking sreas aren't very convenient. Quiet, secluded, easy, but a bit annoying to navigate in and out of. Otherwise and ideal hotel experience

We arrived at this hotel around 2 AM after a late night and checked in for a short stay, planning to check out around 11:30 AM. The room had an unusual layout — a front area with seating and a TV, and a separate back room with the beds. Because of that setup, it’s hard to hear if someone knocks, especially if you’re asleep or in the bathroom. Around 9 AM, a staff member unlocked the door and walked into the bedroom area while we were still asleep. Second time in an hour other staff member came and I actually heard knocking and was getting up to open the door, but before I could reach it, he had already unlocked it and come in. One more staff members did the same thing later that morning, even after I placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. When I spoke to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping starts at 8 AM and they routinely check rooms to see if guests have left. I understand hotel operations need to stay on schedule, but entering a room before checkout time without confirmation from the guest is not acceptable. I hope management reviews this policy, as it seriously affects guest privacy and comfort.

The room comes with free breakfast and parking. The breakfast was good. The hotel doesn't provide late checkout service. The hotel lobby is very spacious. All rooms comes with a sofa bed I believe. One of the major problem I see is noise. I slept on the sofabed and it kept getting waken up by the noises outside. The noises echos too much from the lobby area, and you can hear people walking outside the room with their suitcases. The rooms do come with a mini fridge and a microwave. So if you have leftovers you can heat them up in the room. The hotel also has a laundry room on each floor so you can do your own laundry while staying there. The location was great since the hotel sits right next to HW405.

Nice clean rooms and loved the sound proof walls. The views are basically the parking lots but it’s a peaceful area. The pool and hot tub needed to be tidied up a bit. There were bandaids and hair left near the pool. I was having a blast until I saw that. But all in all I’ve been here many times and the quality is typically great. This hotel is also very close to the freeway making travel quick and easy.
