We had an average experience considering the high cost (granted, it was during leaf peeping season!). Walkable neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. The room was average, and while clean, the shelf between the beds held a package of peanut butter crackers left from a previous guest. Our booking was for three people but only two towels and washcloths were provided. We paid for on site parking but the card reader never worked, so we had to use the call button to enter and exit each time.

Can’t believe this hotel is so expensive and a Hilton brand hotel. Hallways had trash in it. We got off the very small elevator (the other is broken) to the door opening to a toilet paper roll with feces on it. You have to pay for an unsecured parking lot that is littered with homeless tents. Makes a very uncomfortable walk back into the hotel at night. Rooms & hotel is in desperate need of repairs and maintenance throughout. Only bright side was the nice check in staff

I stay in Hiltons all over the country. This one is not one of the better ones. Thermostat in my room was broken so it was very warm. Front desk didn’t answer phone or respond to my message and help. The sink stopper was broken. The shower had a couple of issues. The elevators are very small and one was broken. As an elderly person, I had to walk the four flights to my room or I would have been waiting forever. Parking didn’t work with access key. Just not up to Hilton standard.
