I stayed here Thanksgiving weekend. Overall decent hotel in a good location (not ski in/out but a very short drive to mountain). Near most restaurants and hotel rooms good for a short skiing stay. Lobby area is nice and ample parking although charging for parking here seems cheap to me. We did have an issue where our shower was only lukewarm throughout our stay which was frustrating.

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights for a skiing trip and it was a miserable experience. We had zero hot water for the entire stay. Management was incredibly unprofessional; instead of taking accountability, they tried to convince us the water was hot and treated us like we were the problem. We spoke to other guests who were facing the same issue. The only postive thing about this hotel is the staff especially Alex and Sarah who were very attentive.

We paid about $600 per night ($2,400 for 4 nights) and were unable to take a hot shower even once during our stay. The shower water was ice cold. We contacted the front desk-staff were polite-but we are now waiting over 2 hours, no one came to fix it. We were told to shower in the morning, but the water was still cold then. For a hotel at this price point, hot water is a basic requirement, not optional. The bathroom sink drain was also visibly dirty, raising concerns about cleanliness. On top of that, the hotel is in a very remote location yet still charges for parking, which feels unreasonable given the experience. Extremely disappointing stay. Not worth the price and would not recommend.

On New Year’s Eve, I found myself in need of an emergency hotel room in Killington at 2:00 a.m., and Todd went above and beyond to help. Not only did he find an available room, but he stayed on the line with us through several logistical issues and waited until we were safely on-site and checked in before ending his shift. This level of care would be exceptional on any day, but receiving it in the early hours of New Year’s Eve was truly remarkable. Todd’s kindness and dedication made a stressful situation feel manageable, and I’m incredibly grateful for his outstanding service.

We are currently staying here. First the room is extremely drafty - if you are staying in the winter do not get a mountain view room - extremely cold - we had the heat consistently running due to the two balcony's and draft of constant cold air entering the room. Most notably, all three days and nights with no hot water. No accommodation for this. You would also figure they would inform you when you check-in that there is an issue - nothing at all. I am paying $400 a night. We have notified everyone they consistently say "it is being worked on". We had buffet Breakfast included - and it wasn't- took an hour to receive food - I never received it as I waited 30 minutes and didn't arrive for an hour and was hitting the slopes. Awful experience. I recommend avoiding this location - Very. Very disappointed. I stayed here in 2015 under different management and it was better. Looks like Hilton bought it - did some cosmetic work but never addressed major issues like insulation/water, etc.
