The breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly-Kami, Ariana, and Caroline gave us some great recommendations for our visit! Alex and the GM at check in were great. Relaxing at night in the outdoor hottub in the snow was amazing!

Nice hotel at a good price. We stayed three nights here on fall break in Vermont and loved the views of the mountains and foliage from our room. The hotel seemed old but mostly well-renovated, making it feel new, with a very cozy lodge vibe in the lobby. During the app check-in, my dad accidentally selected the wrong room from the one we booked, but despite it not being her fault, the manager offered us free dinner vouchers for the trouble. Location is great and super close to a lot of good restaurants and attractions. Would recommend.

While this hotel's key system was an embarrassing failure, we were incredibly fortunate to be helped by the front desk agent, Alex. Because we needed multiple escorts to our room, we saw firsthand his genuine kindness and dedication to his job. He clearly has a deep love for what he does.
Later, around 9 PM, the lobby was full of guests waiting for an escort. Alex called for assistance, but his coworker took an unacceptable amount of time to show up. Alex had to temporarily halt check-ins to take a group of us upstairs. In the elevator, some guests were incredibly rude to him, causing him to break down and cry. My boyfriend and I felt heartbroken witnessing this.
Alex, you handled a bad situation brilliantly. Thank you for your excellent service; we felt completely comfortable in your care.

This stay was not at all what I’ve come to expect from a Hilton-branded property. Some of this is on me for not reading ahead, but the lack of included breakfast was a disappointing surprise. $5 for a small bottle of apple juice, $5 for a plain bagel, $9 for a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin, and $10 for parking felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed from the moment we arrived. (We weren’t charged for parking only because the room key system wasn’t functioning.)
Speaking of keys… we couldn’t get a physical room key because the system was down, and the digital key wasn’t working either. We had to be escorted to and from our room just to get in. Not exactly the level of convenience or service I expect from Hilton.
The room itself didn’t redeem things. The bed felt springy and not up to typical Hilton standards. The hot water in the shower lasted about 10 minutes… barely enough for one adult, let alone two back-to-back. The shower head was also loose and looked like it was ready to fall out of the wall.
This was my first time back to Killington to ski in nearly 30 years, and unfortunately this property left a really poor first impression. Other guests at breakfast seemed equally surprised that nothing was included, so I’m clearly not the only one caught off guard.
Fool me once… this is a one-and-done for me. I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

This hotel provides excellent access to both local amenities, and the ski hill. I didn't see a hill shuttle, so you'll need a car. Pool is decent, and the rooms are exactly as you'd expect. The key word with this place is Functional.
