Our pet-friendly hotel is located off I-81, exit 70, and were two miles from Downtown Wytheville. Tower Trail Trailhead, Draper Valley Golf Club, and the Fort Chiswell Animal Park are within 20 minutes. Claytor Lake State Park and Jackson Ferry Shot Tower are less than 35 minutes away. I randomly picked The Spark by Hilton and this location and was pleasantly pleased. Out rooms were extremely cleaned , bathrooms very clean. Also the next morning we had to spilt up and leave some in the hotel lobby while others went to see if help could be found for the van and the lady that was were working the desk was so pleasant to my young kids and mom. She allowed them To feel comfortable for the 3 hours they would have to remain in the lobby. Definitely would stay again and highly recommended it for anyone else. Thank you again to the staff for accommodating my family

- RARob ArmstongNov 10, 20255.0We are Hilton Honors members who were traveling from NC to OH and made our first Spark visit ever. We were pleased. Spark is a high-end economy brand. Staying here will save you $30 to $50 per night vs a Hampton Inn or similar product. The amenities are not as strong, free breakfast (which beats Doubletree) but no hot food. We made do just fine with cereal, bagels, yogurt, orange juice and hot tea. The staff was friendly with a particular kind mention for Kelly who checked us in on a Saturday afternoon. The TV worked as well as home, the place was clean and the bed comfortable. This product was perfect for our 3 p.m. to 7 a.m. stay.

We found what we really wanted: low price, very close to the highway — with all the joys of a Hilton: beautiful room with a great bed and bedding, fun lobby and dining area with coffee, a simple breakfast (coffee, cereal, bagels, muffins, juice).
