Evening desk clerk-- "sorry" Left detailed summary of this and other problems with stay (no clock??!!) (TV remote batteries dead?) with clerk on checkout-- expected call from manager monday morning. Never heard from her. Call corporate--45 minutes on the phone with someone I could barely understand. 10+ yrs. Hilton Honors. Customer service needs major improvements.

Recently stayed at the property because it was about half way between destinations. Check in was very long. There was about 20 people in the lobby with all sorts of mix ups about room keys that were given to the wrong persons. Once I got to the room after the longest check in ever, the room was sparce. There was no desk, so this property is not for a business traveler, and one very hard queen bed. It seriously was the hardest bed I've ever tried to sleep in. I was happy to get a few winks then get out of this place.

The man and girl at the front desk were rude. They finally found us a room on the first floor as requested. It was right next to the remodeling area. We had to listen to loud noise, and sparks were actually coming under the door of the adjacent room. We will never...wver stay here again....horrible experience!
