Welcome to the charming and historic town of Woodstock, Virginia! This adorable little town, with a population of about 3,500 is nestled in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, between the Allegheny and Blue Ridge Mountains. The town was established by charter in 1761 by none other than George Washington in Virginia*s House of Burgesses and has been the county seat since Shenandoah County was formed in 1772. The limestone courthouse in the center of town was built in 1795 and was designed by Thomas Jefferson.

    The hotel had a nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast was above expectations- make your own waffle bar plus several hot and cold items to choose from. Definitely a FULL breakfast bar. Coffee was good, too! Hotel had a good location right off the interstate. Bonus: my dog got to come!

    I am a diamond member for Hilton and have stayed well over 600 days in their hotels since 2021. This is the worst Hilton establishment I have ever experienced. This place is a DUMP. The hotel is nasty, perhaps under renovation, but there is little communication to advise patrons that the event is in progress. Little attention was made to the cleanliness of our room and the room was missing lamps . . . The morning breakfast was abysmal. The breakfast crew was rude and inattentive. No breakfast bins were attended to for well over 45 minutes.

    A+ hotel. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. Our family of five had plenty of space. The mattresses (even the pullout couch) were very comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent with something for everyone. Our favorite was the churo waffles. Very nice staff. Highly recommend!

    Rooms are tired and old. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were terrible and were old and musty smelling. Internet was terrible. Very dissatisfied. Next time will book at the Holiday Inn next door.

    Front desk staff was very nice. We were there for a wedding, 4 rooms total, the beds were worse than sleeping on the floor, so very hard!!! Told the front desk at checkout, she was going to pass the info on to management. They are starting reconstruction. Bed quality not up to Hampton Standards!
