    The bathrooms are not clean! We had vomit and fecal matter splattered around the walls by our toilet. We also had a brown handprint above the toilet. I asked that the walls be cleaned and that request was ignored by one front desk employee. It’s too bad because the room was clean otherwise and the rest of the staff was very nice.

    My experience was absolutely terrible. After driving for 6 hours, I was expecting a nice night of sleep, but everything turned into a nightmare. They moved me to FIVE different rooms. First, the door didn't work. In the second one, there was a bad smell of mold, and in the last two, the AC didn't work properly. The next day, the front desk assured me that a refund would be sent to my credit card, but of course, it never happened, even after a call.

    There were several items that were not good. 1-NO WORK ROOM. IT WAS BROKEN 2-COLD COFFEE WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 8 PM 3-NO TISSUE IN MY BATHROOM 4-POOR LOBBY LAYOUT FOR EATING. Diamond tour should speak to the owner about these issues.
