  Really was a good experience staying here although definitely have recommendation. This hotel was the best that I have stayed in recently (I just returned from 2 week trip to Colorado). There was attention to detail that you can tell that the place is well managed. The hotel was nice from lobby to bedrooms. They had really good breakfast. I was going to skip it but they had a really nice spread with some things that I have not seen before (Chia Pudding with Oat milk...I did try it.). There was nice fire in lobby when you come in. Note: You have to go to front desk to get a key/active digital key as they have to give you a card to put in your car or you will get towed. The one thing that I would recommend is do a better job picking out your room. I had an odd numbered room which is on the I-95 side. I was on 4th floor but still was some road noise. It was not bothersome to me, but YMMV.

  Excellent stay. Clean rooms. Caring staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed little amenities like the free social hour on Wednesday. Conveniently located next to Target and a mall. All the other hotels in the area seemed to have issues with service and cleanliness, so we felt fortunate to have found this place.

  Close to a major shopping center with a lot of cool places to eat shop,and catch a movie the staff was great the room was nice and comfortable

  Was happy to find this hotel for the family. We have a long drive to their grandparents and have been searching for a good hotel with a good pool and hot tub for a break in the trips we take 3-5 times a year, so fairly frequently, and have not found a good one till now. Pool was swimmable and the hot tub was hot! It was a bit over chlorinated but maybe better than getting sick or a skin infection 😅 Room was nice, plenty of extra blankets for the kids and the sofa bed. Service was friendly but not overbearing. Staff was friendly and informative. If you get there on Wednesday evenings you get a free dinner. The hotel probably would have gotten a 5 star review except for the $150 service fee they hold against your card, in case you smoke in the room? Anyways I've stayed at plenty of hotels in my life, I've never been pre charged as though I've already broken the rules which I find pretty distasteful despite liking the hotel. The main issue is, I go from a $200 hotel room to a $370 charge off really quickly. The woman explained to me it would take 3-5 business days to fall off the pending charges, and that is where I def have the issue. As a father of 3 and a family of 5, having $150 held up because they assume we're smoking in the room. Not a great policy, I've had $25, $35, and even $50 and $75 incidental charges in the past from many different hotels, $150 is insane given the pretense of the charge to begin with. That $150 = 3 tanks of gas, food, etc, instead it's just being held up. Almost every other hotel would wind up charging your card if you did break the rules but they didn't pre charge it.
