- MPMike PerryJan 3, 20264.0I've stayed at many Home2's. This one was my least favorite, but that didn't make it bad. The room was nice, but there was a used toothbrush laying on the floor. That certainly concerned me about the cleanliness of the entire room. The other less than outstanding issue was the breakfast. This seems to be a theme at Home2. The food was cold and there is no microwave to heat things up. Overall, it's still a great place to stay, but it would be nice if they fixed their breakfast issues.

From the moment we arrived, Mary was incredibly kind, welcoming, and courteous. She had all of my packages ready the second I checked in, which made the start of our trip so smooth. I also had a small issue with the shower, and Mary immediately jumped into action with a solution—no hesitation, no hassle. Truly outstanding customer service. The hotel itself was great for families. My kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the breakfast, especially the Impossible sausage option, which was a fantastic surprise. The entire stay was comfortable, fun, and stress-free. Highly recommend this location—and huge shoutout to Mary for making our stay even better!
- BHBrittnie HDec 7, 20251.0My husband was staying at this hotel for work; it was the most affordable in the area until he could find something more permanent. He booked for 6 nights, with the charges being $686.34. As he was driving, he got a fraudulent charge of over $1,200 on his card. Supposedly he was charged an additional $100 PER NIGHT because he checked in using the app instead of in person. He called because since he didn't know A. Why he was being charged that full amount upon check in, when typically, you don't get charged until you leave and B. Why they were charging him that when the information was never disclosed on the app!!! When he called, he spoke to 3 different people, and no one could help him or give him an actual reason as to WHY that happened. They said the manager wasn't there, and its private so they couldn't do anything about it. I have HQ's number, and my next step is to reach out to them next. Just be cautious when looking at your bank statements when booking with them. I've never, ever head of such a thing in my life. Now my husbands in a different state with a locked card.

- MHMarisol Hidalgo HNov 28, 20253.0The room looks recently remodeled, but the nightstand switch doesn’t work. Additionally, the noise is terrible and the smell of dog urine is overwhelming. In the bathroom there’s only hand soap and a disposable makeup-removal towel. Nothing else. But the worst part of all is the smell. Unfortunately, I couldn’t request a room change because my son took one of the keys to come in later, and it would have created confusion for him. It’s just one night… I can deal with it, but I shouldn’t have to.
