    Unjustly profiled If I could leave zero stars I would! Upon arrival at the Hampton Inn, the front desk receptionist, Marsha had a very short snarky tone with her. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and not take anything personal. WRONG ALL PERSONAL. The next morning upon trying to rebook, we encountered the same receptionist, Marsha and were told that we could not rebook. When inquiring about why she said she was given quote, “ Very specific instructions to not let us rebook with no explanation.” This does not sound specific at all. She put it off on contacting the General manager, Ford Francis who was unreachable until Monday. I had NEVER felt more violated . To be rejected without reason in an establishment I’ve paid money in gives me only one speculation, profiling/racial prejudice. I look forward to talking to regional management and won’t stop there if there’s no justice. YOU CANNOT AND WILL NOT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS.

    If I have to give this hotel zero star I will, me and my friend went and booked this hotel on the 3th of January 2026. We didn’t do anything, we didn’t cause no problem. She got her own room, I got my own room, so the following day we was trying to extend the room, the old white lady in the front desk told us we cannot extend, and we asked why nobody couldn’t give us any answers, why we couldn’t extend. We felt like they didn’t even want us there from the beginning, The energy was heavy, The energy was off, we didn’t feel welcome from the beginning, we felt like the racial profiles us, to spend my money and not feel welcome at a hotel and deny my service, for not costing no problem such a disappointment. I never thought I could ever encounter a situation like this. I need to take this further and report the business to the business bureau. I am going to file a complaint against them. Because I am beyond disappointed

    Hampton inn was ok as far as the common areas of the property. I stayed on the 4th floor and my bathroom sink had water pressure issues, which I didn't realize until I was already unpacked. The front desk checking in was great but the staff the next morning were unhelpful and rude. The head of the cleaning staff is also a very unpleasant person. Not that bad of a property but I did not have a good experience here at all.
