But once your there it is a well maintained clean Hampton inn. Service was great but no cookies in the evening. somehow hotels decided really good service was no longer necessary during and after COVID 19. It is a shame at all hotels. This is a good one if you need a place to stay on the area. I stay at allot of Hilton properties and this is a pretty good one. Several fast food places with walking distance.

- SPSteven P.Oct 27, 20255.0Stayed here for Shenandoah University Homecoming. It was a perfect location for easy access to SU. The hotel looks sleek with modern decor in the lobby and in the rooms. Everything was very clean and tidy. The microwave and mini fridge makes this a good home base for the weekend. The included hot breakfast was very good: eggs, bacon, oatmeal, assorted bread, bagels and muffins, and of course the make-your-own waffles were all delicious. Wifi was fast and the signal was strong in the room and in the lobby/breakfast area. The only complaint is that the pillows were soft and flat, giving no support at all. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable and we'll definitely stay here for our next visit to Winchester.

I was disappointed in the handicap room because it did not have a walk-in shower only poor facilities for wheelchair. In your reply you mentioned you have a king size bedroom with Handicap walk in shower. That’s nice except for the fact that handicap people usually need help so they’re not going to sleep in the same bed if they bringing along someone to care for them.
