There were a few minor maintenance issues - one suite’s bathroom door did not close - and minor paint peeling. The welcome and check-in were great - Tony B.- is super helpful. Very pet friendly making this a great choice for the whole family.

In addition, the front desk representative Gio was attentive, professional as well as friendly and respectful. I felt like royalty upon checking in. The facility was very well kept and located near a plethora of restaurants, grocery and department stores. I had a delightful vacation of rest and restoration!!

Nice to have family activities to do on down time! That is one thing I love about westgate is the activities. Also the fact they can be different from one resort to another...catered to local customs.
