UPD: I called that phone number and they told me it's non refundable and they don't know how it works on booking.com and they never received messages through booking.
Dear Hilton Support,
I recently made a reservation but realized right after booking that it was for the wrong month. I immediately tried to contact the hotel to correct this mistake, but I never received a response. Later, I reached out via Hilton Chat Support, and unfortunately, I was given an incorrect email address, which caused further delay.
I fully understand that my reservation is non-refundable; however, I believe it’s only fair to allow at least a short grace period — a few hours after booking — to correct genuine mistakes like this, especially when the guest acts promptly.
Given that I reached out right away and was misdirected by your own support, I kindly request a review of my case. I’d greatly appreciate either a refund, a credit toward a future stay, or the ability to modify the booking to the correct date..

DO NOT STAY HERE if you don’t want to be ripped off and falsely accused of smoking in your room. Hotel charged me an extra $170 claiming that room reeked of weed when absolutely no smoking took place in this room my entire stay! I’ve never been accused of such nonsense and they need to check on what their staff does in these rooms instead!!!! I will never stay here or at any other Hampton Inn EVER AGAIN!!!!!
I also discovered that a fellow associate staying at the hotel the same time to attend the same event at the neighboring hotel also received the same charges so this clearly seems like some sort of alleged scam on their end. This also feels like profiling!

What an extremely horrible experience. I read the reviews but thought that maybe people were exaggerating, definitely not exaggerating. The outside of the hotel was unkept messy, went inside the lobby smelled of mustiness. First room we attempted to check into was absolutely horribly musty and damp smelling like an old basement could not stay. Was given another room unbelievably small two queen beds a foot between the end of the bed and the dresser. There was an old dirty towel hanging behind bathroom door!! Still did not smell very good at all. After spending 20 minutes trying to clean with a pack of Lysol wipes, we had to leave since couldn't stand the smell. Which wasn't pleasant since driving 8 and 1/2 hours and expecting to take a rest. Have stayed at numerous other Hampton inns this one is by far the absolute pits it sucks! The front desk were very patient very helpful pleasant, Amir and another desk clerk tried helping as best they could but told me the rooms smell bad especially when raining which is was raining. This place needs to be shut down and do a complete remodel or torn down absolutely horrible!!!!
Tried calling customer care was transferred 3x and I finally gave up. Hilton honors DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION AND YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CENTER!!!

Avoid this location at all costs. When we got here, very friendly front desk but next morning when we requested room service because we needed towels and etc, the other lady seemed to be annoyed and proceeded to tell me “ we do housekeeping every other day so Sunday is when you will have it” and I was like ok… but we need towels and trash out ( can u tell someone just to bring us towels that’s it) then when we got back from lunch, they left the towels on the sink and the dirty ones still on the floor??? Thank god a really nice guy who works in the housekeeping dept offered us to take all the dirty towels and the trash.
