BEWARE!!! The front desk WILL scam you.
My partner and I booked a night's stay through a third party (HotelsTonight). The morning of checkout the front desk attendant (Anna) called our room numerous times to demand another form of payment as the hotel tried to run the card they had on file no to avail. When we got to the front desk and asked for an explanation as to why we were being charged again for a room we had prepaid and prebooked, the attendant was quick to cut us off and kept demanding another card to "pay the booking fee", which we reluctantly paid. I double checked and called HotelsTonight to make sure there weren't issues with my reservation through them and once they confirmed this as fact, I asked the attendant for further clarification as to why we had been charged for our booking twice. She was quick to blame her supervisor and took my number to allegedly receive a call back. It was been well over 72 hours since the ordeal and to my disappointment the supervisor has yet to call me and explain what that was all about. The amount we were charged has not been refunded and any time I call the hotel I am placed on hold or transferred to unattended lines.

Simple looking property is blend of luxury and quiet.impressive six strorey height attrium resturent at ground floor lobby not impressive but functional
Room consist of two part front living rear bedroom.inbetween toilet small in size but functional

Our room was absolutely FILTHY. The bathroom had streaks and spit everywhere. There was pizza crust, and wads of dental floss in the rug and chewed fruit snacks stuck to the furniture upon check in. The heating and cooling unit blew out so much dust, my daughter woke up coughing and sneezing and miserable. When we dropped a game piece and we were looking for it, we were absolutely disgusted to see what wasn’t completely obvious to us originally— under the couch was a treasure trove of trash and nastiness. If you’re allergic to nuts, steer clear of room 430– the pistachios that come with the room will probably kill you.
The tiling surrounding the pool was broken leaving sharp, exposed corners. We had to move our chairs to keep kids from cutting their feet while walking around the pool.
The experience left a lot to be desired and I certainly would not recommend or stay again.

Please do not let the free nasty breakfast get you to book this hotel. This hotel is very nasty from the carpet to the couches to me finding a nasty used feminine pad, I had to change rooms just to go to another dirty nasty room. These rooms are not being cleaned. You can see the dust you can smell that animals are there often.
