  This hotel is in a pretty good location. It is close to the metro and other shops & restaurants. It is about a lot 8 min drive from the mall which isn't bad. The service at the front desk check in was OK. I had to go back down and ask for my gold member reward, because the first staff member never even acknowledged my status. The lady who helped me when I went back down was amazing. I can't recall her name but she was a light brown skinned black woman, working around 5pm on 1/3/26. As for the hotel, it was not bad, but the property is in need of an update. The pool had broken tiles and seemed very cloudy. The sleeping rooms were dark and dated, though i appreciated the large sofa couch. The bar area was the most updated space I saw, which was nice. The breakfast was just missing a fresh waffle machine, but my omelet was great. The evening reception was a joke and not on par with what I am used to at the Embassy brand. There were no wine options, only very bottom shelf liquor brands that I'd never heard of, and beer. The snacks were pretzel bites and popcorn. I really wish all Embassy suites were the same, because other locations have many more food and drink options during their reception and it makes properties like this one get a bad rating. Overall, the property was fine for 1 night with my family, but nothing to write home about. I recommend if you just need s good landing pad for a night or 2.

  The property was impeccably clean, and the indoor heated pool was both well-maintained and enjoyable. The staff provided exceptional, friendly service throughout my stay. Breakfast was delightful, featuring two chefs preparing fresh omelets to order. While there is a daily parking fee, the hotel’s location is excellent conveniently close to the mall and several other places you can visit.

  Unfortunate experience. We encountered an unprofessional approach at the breakfast station that caused discomfort for our family, including our children. The lack of timely intervention from management further contributed to the negative experience. This did not reflect the level of service we expected from a hotel carrying the Hilton name.

  So, we had no heat the whole day.We were there, I asked them to come fix the heat twice and after the second time they finally decided to move me to another room. We had no t v in the room because something was wrong with it. The beds were hard and the only reason I came here was because of the reviews. The kitchen staff are not friendly at all.They're very rude.

  Stayed here for a family Christmas visit. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. On top of that the staff are friendly and helpful. I wasn't feeling well and nearly passed out when I fell and hit my head on a table (dignified I know). Nour (from Maintenance) and Ana (Front Desk) tended to me and got me safely back to my room (I told them I didn't need to go to the hospital) and even checked in on me periodically before we checked out. I'm fine now lol But I am grateful to the staff for their care in all areas of the experience. I wish them well and look forward to returning next Christmas.
