    I stay here every time I’m traveling through and it’s consistently been a great hotel. The hotel bar is awesome too.

    We stayed here while we visited family for 2 nights. I wish I could say it was a great experience but it was honestly a nightmare. We checked in very late the first night and noticed immediately walking in the room that it had a cigarette smell. Unfortunately we were too tired to worry about it and brought our stuff in. We also didn't look at the bed to make sure it was clean till we were ready to actually lay down. It was covered in hair between the blanket and sheets and stained. The bathroom shower and sink also had hair everywhere. We called down to the front desk and asked for new bedding at least. They just immediately said they'd bring up keys for a new room with no apology. It was 1 am at this point but we packed everything back up and moved rooms. The second room was clean thankfully. The second night there, the fire alarm started going off at 11:30 pm. We called to make sure everything was okay when it went off and the front told us "someone accidentally pushed the wrong button..." This happened three more times and the fire department showed up. It was after midnight at this point and we went down and spoke with the front desk. They blamed another employee opening a valve too fast? We had other family at the hotel who ended up packing up and leaving in the middle of the night due to this as well. I wish we had but we didn't want to have to pack up a second night at 1 am. We've stayed at a lot of Hiltons and this was the dirtiest most disappointing experience. The only plus is the location is convenient to downtown.

    This place used to be top-notch. The bath tub was so poor caulked with obvious poor repairs done to the tub itself. The water pressure was non existent in the shower and the pulleys to the curtains wouldn’t work… I used a safety pin to close them at night.

    First room I walked in went pee pee and flushed the toilet flooded floor and got my feet and my kids feet all wet second room was great. Breakfast staffing was a little bit weird but the food was good I guess if u pay online when u get it room u can't leave tip less u have cash I did not so they get screwed which I get the women who work there are mostly pretty and sweet
