Let’s just say this is one and done for me. It’s not horrible. The staff is courteous and friendly, but this place needs a little love. And a good scrubbing. We live a couple of hours away. I’ll just wait to shower. I’m not for playing the game of “what is that?” In the bathroom.

The night staff is awesome. The bartender a delight. The morning breakfast gal overworked. The hotel itself is filthy. I don't understand how the management can not see the filth. Our room smelled so badly of mold... Pieces of trash on the filthy floored hallways. We were in a large group for a funeral. We wanted to book rooms. Tried 3 times. All three times we were put on hold for such an unacceptable amount of time(over 20 minutes), we hung up. Because of the location, we all still stayed there even though we couldn't block rooms. Everyone in our group, with multiple rooms, paid a different rate. My 80 yr old mother was charged a different rate for each of her 4 nights, plus the $100+ dollars charged at check in. She was still confused when she left how much she had actually paid. The extreme good part of the stay which is why I give it a three star other than staff, is because the front lobby was able to accommodate us all while we sat and visited as we all flew in from different parts of the country. All in all higher management needs to do something to bring the Hilton name back to this location.

Had an okay experience here but I personally would pick a different hotel if in the area next time. In general, the hotel was updated recently and spacious. The rooms were decent and the beds were moderately comfortable. The pillows were too squishy, even the firmer ones. The TVs in the room were a good size and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast: They have paid breakfast which I was aware of beforehand but I did not feel it was worth the prices. I attached a picture of the menu. We tried their breakfast the first morning we were there and decided to provide our own breakfast or go out to eat for the remainder of our trip. The continental breakfast only included dry cereal, some store bought pastries like danishes, yogurt, and apples/oranges and sometimes some cut fruit. I was hoping for oatmeal but they didn't have any. Not worth $8 pp. Free coffee was only available in the morning. I wished they had it in the evenings too like some hotels or even some water. There was no place to get water here. Amenities: The pool and hot tub was apparently closed which I did not know about until I got there. This was disappointing because this was one of the deciding factors for booking this hotel. The gym was kind of lame. There were 2 treadmills and a bench and some weights. Neither of the water coolers were working so there was some bottled water available. Service: While everyone working here was kind, the service could use work. We stayed four nights and housekeeping never came to give us towels, take the trash or make our beds. There is a sign in the bathroom that said housekeeping serviced the tooms every other day so that was what we were expecting. By the third day, I asked the front desk when housekeeping would be by and they told me the next morning. When we got back to the hotel the following night, they still had not come to our room. I had to get towels, trash bags and a roll of toilet paper from the front desk. I think this would be a good hotel to stay for business although the business center there wasn't open to guests. It looked like it was full of housekeeping equipment. There was a large desk in our room which would be good for working. There is also lots of space in the lobby to sit and work too.

I’ve stay at this place a few times now because is convenient/close enough to my job. Seems like the hotel is not being well kept. *The rooms have a sign that says rooms will be served every other day. This particular time I stayed 4 nights and my room was never cleaned. I called the front desk and they told me I had to wait until the next day (when I was checking out). **Some of the trash cans are always overflowing with trash and it takes them (at least this time) two days to empty them each time. I couldn’t help but notice it as the trash cans were right in front of my door. ***When I checked in I noticed the room didn’t have had soap, so I went to the front desk to request one. They didn’t have any and didn’t know when they were going to have any. It’s an okay hotel, but was surprised that being a Hilton is this messy.
