    Excellent stay! The service was amazing from start to finish. Big shoutout to Sabrina at the front desk. she was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made everything so smooth. Highly recommend

    Hampton Inn Cascades was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-kept. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

    I will start with the positives, the rooms are clean, and most employees were nice. However, when I originally had the room booked, I was 1 day short. Didn't realize until the day before, so I go to the front desk the night before, was told to pay $149 the next day for the room. But, when I went to pay the next day, I had to pay nearly $270. Where that price came from, no idea, but im not happy with this and will probably be looking for another hotel for when I return

    I am genuinely confused at how this hotel was able to achieve a 4.3 star rating, I suspect they must have bought fake reviews or something. The location is not great, a little far from the hotel and the shuttle is often late. The biggest issue though is that the shower only has lukewarm water, when we asked, they sent someone to look who just turned on the water felt it, checked the sink and said oh the sink has hot water, acknowledged the shower was borderline cold and then left. After my 20 hour flight, the bare minimum was a hot shower, but I didn't expect a high rated hotel in the capital of the United States would be unable to provide a service that even most third world countries can easily supply. Additional the bed was scratchy and everything smelled like animals (because they seemingly don't clean the rooms very well). The rooms are cheap atleast, which is probably why people stay there, but do yourself a favor and spend slightly more to go elsewhere
