    Great hotel with very nice staff. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also nice with quite a few hot options. Would definitely recommend.

    Hidden gem! Lovely hotel service! Staff is friendly, respectful and accommodating. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, diligent staff, heated indoor pool, free breakfast that has multiple options and eggs/sides change daily, basic/small convenience shop (drinks, snacks and adult beverages), 24/7 front desk, shuttle, walking distance about 1/2 mile to shopping center, basketball court and festive lobby (currently holiday season) and quiet. I had a basic room with a king bed, sofa that is a pull out bed, fridge and microwave. No freezer but ice machine near elevator. Standard Wi-Fi plus computers with a printer in lobby area. Also, each room has multiple easy access outlets/USB, wireless charger, telephone that actually is answered by the front desk.     Front desk staff is amazing, thanks Fatmir and the front desk manager, Austin, and everyone. They were so helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious, for a smaller, commuter hotel, I highly recommend it. Please note there’s no restaurant, lunch or dinner. Just a small snack shop in the front. Free breakfast too!

    Hampton Inn Cascades was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-kept. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!
