We waited almost 2hrs in the freezing weather for shuttle to come. Every time we call they say 10 minutes and another 10 minutes.The two drivers finally came and was kept saying “ we came around 3X” . Very rude and didn’t help with our luggage at all just open car door left walk inside the hotel.
