What could have been a stressful and difficult time turned into a warm and welcoming experience, thanks entirely to the exceptional staff. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained—but it’s the people who make it extraordinary. Every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there, which made all the difference. Their kindness during my wife’s rotator cuff recovery, along with the pet-friendly accommodations, helped us feel truly at home. The location is excellent—walkable to great restaurants like Sandwich Republic and Hard Times Café, and just minutes from Taco Bamba and Mike’s American Grill. Springfield Town Center is only a short drive away. The only drawback is the busy intersections leading into the hotel’s parking area. That’s more a reflection of Springfield’s traffic than the hotel itself—and certainly not enough to keep this from a five-star review. To the entire team: thank you for turning a long stay during a difficult chapter into something memorable. Your warmth and professionalism set a standard few hotels can match.
